The newly refurbished lobby floor of Sydney Harbour Marriott delivers a new collection of venues that lure in city dwellers to sip, savour and stay a while. We worked along side the Marriott team to develop two F&B concepts and identity suites that challenge the conventional hotel venue format.
What can we say... The best things in life come in threes. In this fast paced city, there’s no time for a plethora of fanciful choices. Two is never enough and four is just plain greedy! We keep is fresh, simple and of course no more than three.
Silvester’s is an all-day dining restaurant focussing on local and seasonal fare. The open-kitchen dining experience celebrates their farm to table ethos and theatre of food. We’ve brought this to life through a rich visual identity that places the ingredient centre stage.
